What is support coordination?
Support Coordination is a NDIS funded service that connect individuals with service providers, manages support budgets, and empowers them to achieve their goals.
LUMI support coordinators provide personalized assistance to help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with the right services, and enhance their overall well-being.

Who Are We?
We are a Victorian-based, family-run team fluent in English, Greek, and Spanish, dedicated to providing personalized support coordination for participants.
At LUMI Support, we believe in quality over quantity; while the industry often overloads coordinators with too many participants, we strive to change that by prioritizing genuine care and connection.
LEVEL 2: COORDINATION SUPPORTS - HOW WE CAN HELP
how to get started
A support coordinator helps you make the most of your NDIS plan. Navigating the NDIS can be complex, and a support coordinator works alongside you to connect with the right services, manage your budget, and achieve your goals. Whether you're new to the NDIS or have a detailed plan, a support coordinator provides expert guidance, helping you find and access disability supports that fit your unique needs. They ensure you understand your funding options and can assist in building your capacity to manage your own supports in the future.
An NDIS support coordinator works with you to implement your NDIS plan by connecting you with service providers, coordinating your supports, and managing your NDIS funding. They help you explore options, make decisions about the services you need, and ensure you get the right support to reach your goals. A support coordinator also assists with problem-solving, helping you navigate challenges, adjust your supports as your needs change, and build your capacity to manage your NDIS plan independently.
If you feel your current NDIS support coordinator isn't meeting your needs, you have the right to change. Start by discussing your concerns with them, but if you're still unsatisfied, you can switch to a new provider. To change your support coordinator, contact your Local Area Coordinator (LAC), NDIS planner, or use the MyPlace portal to update your service bookings. Make sure to find a coordinator who understands your goals and offers the right level of support. A good support coordinator will work with you to build the best support network for your NDIS journey
