The advice and support we have received has been exceptional. Firstly, I had no idea but my daughters plan was way under what it should have been, Luisa has handled everything regarding the NDIS and we ended up getting an increaed package. Secondly, we got connected to an awesome support worker, before that we couldn't find anyone who would help us.
